About me

Menswear is my passion. What sets me apart from other menswear stylists however, is my work experience — a singular combination of expertise in the corporate and fashion worlds. I’ve spent over a decade working in menswear but I also graduated with distinction from one of the top law schools in the country. I’m as well acquainted with high stakes professional environments as I am with what makes a perfectly tailored suit. I understand that the way you present yourself to a room of your peers is critical and how style can communicate and command respect. In many ways, it is its own currency in a competitive professional environment. Whether you are out to dinner, presenting at a conference, or consulting with colleagues, the clothing we wear defines who we are and how we are perceived by others. I’m able to combine classic principles of style with assessments of each client’s needs to create a wardrobe that makes them the best dressed man in any room.

Menswear is equal parts science and art – a wonky set of rules about proportions and fit, mixed with an intuitive blend of emotion and movement. I’m obsessed with the small details: the width of a lapel, the break on a trouser, the weight of a knit, and the drape of an overcoat. There’s nothing I love more than mixing textures and creating color palettes that complement the wearer; building suits and layering pieces to create an outfit that looks distinguished without looking stodgy – that looks quietly luxurious. And if you ask me, the best menswear is timeless. It’s not the hottest trend or the look dominating the runways at any given moment, but knowing how to incorporate the cuts, fabrics, and principles of style, that remain markers of the most well-dressed men.

That’s why I encourage my clients to invest in pieces that will never go out of style; to prioritize elements of their wardrobe like tailoring, refined fabrics, and quality craftsmanship. My work is based on a simple principle: a well dressed man is not someone who follows trends, or mimics the style of someone else — but someone who dresses to fit who he is. Everything from a man’s age, to his body type, to how he spends his free time inform how a man should dress.

My clients enjoy access to my finely tuned eye for everything from bespoke suiting to casual wear. Working with me is about more than buying and styling clothing, it’s about building your personal image.
