Each client appointment begins with a 30 minute consultation during which we will discuss client needs.

The retainer service is designed for clients looking to have a stylist and shopping expert on hand to field questions, pull outfits, and offer styling advice. This plan is perfect for clients who lead busy professional lives and who want to outsource the work of shopping, dressing, and styling themselves to an expert.
Retainer arrangements begin with an hour consultation where we will discuss the extent of services a client needs.

6-Month Retainer Package
Flat fee of $4900
This plan is for the client who wants to enjoy the benefits of a retainer plan at a special rate.
This plan includes 3 phone or video calls per month. Texts and emails also accepted during business hours M-F only.
Selecting items for clients to purchase online or in-store. This service includes not only online shopping for items but also extends to communicating with online and brick & mortar retailers, tailors, and designers, about specific items as needed. This can also extend to placing orders or tracking down rare or hard to find items
Offering expert advice on styling, tailoring, and fit
Special occasion dressing for weddings, graduations, new jobs
My services can be purchased by a client for themselves, or as a gift.
Virtual and in-person availability to be discussed on a case by case basis.

For appointment clients: Base rate of $600 is due at the time of the first appointment; any difference between that and the delivered quote is due before any further services are rendered.
For retainer clients: This consultation is $500, to be paid upfront. After our consultation, I will send you a quote for the monthly fee that corresponds to the level of service needed; the $500 consultation fee can function as a deposit and will be rolled into the cost of the first month of services. Conversely, if clients choose not to proceed with a retainer agreement after receiving their quote, the $500 is considered payment for services rendered in the consultation.

For clients who wish to access Caroline’s expertise on a budget, paid subscribers of Caroline’s newsletter, Anatomy of a Suit, will be able to reply with up to 3 questions per month.
